MarComm Videos Enterprise Services Meeting
Michael Keown reviews last year's All-Hands Meeting.
For the second year in a row, Michael Keown (Enterprise Services) utilized the video capabilities of OIT to capture his yearly departmental review. Aware that departmental coverage requirements, specifically in the Service Desk and the Technical Operations Center (TOC), prevent everyone from meeting at one time, Michael reached out to Wade Moricle (Integration) to record the presentation.
"Marketing and Communications does a great job of capturing the session," said Keown, "and this video gives my entire department better access to this event. We haven't had this flexibility in the past. The 24-hour and front-line nature of the work prevents the entire group from getting together at the same time." Keown held his FY12 review in the NDB Auditorium on December 19.
